Our history:

We’re problem solvers. When we see a need, we naturally want to address it. Unfortunately, we could never seem to ‘solve’ problems with generator controllers that continually fail, other than to suggest they be replaced with a completely different, reliable controller.

Just about every generator manufacturer has seen a ‘lemon’ leave their factory at one time or another so we’re no stranger to this phenomena. Changing from proprietary and often poorly documented controllers is always time-consuming and often intimidating, so we decided to simplify the process for our own techs by making plug-compatible drop-in replacements where, should things not go well, we could easily go back to the previous controller, however unreliable (though that’s never happened to date).

It then occurred to us that others may be in the same situation and would appreciate a ‘leg up’, so we began offering our pre-fabbed, plug-and-play and easily-reversed systems to others. Almost all of our systems are custom because of differences between generators, even with the same controllers so if you need a quote, please email us with your generator’s detailed information and let us know what you’re trying to accomplish.

When we learn that generator owners feel trapped by their problematic generator controllers, our goal is to provide them with the simplest, easiest to install solution that is better, less expensive, more reliable and easily-reversed (so you can try it without consequence). A company is only as good as the promises it keeps. That’s why we take pride in our product and client satisfaction. If ever any of our replacement controllers fails to perform as promised, we offer a 100% refund for up to 30 days.
